Day 1 ~ 28/11/2021

The advent season is a season of waiting. Today, I listen to Rev Benedict Rajan shared the Revealed Will of God :
1. Attitude of Gratitude (Always giving thanks, do not be a complainer)
2. Attitude of Consecration (Sanctify always, choose holiness)
3. Attitude of Soul Winning (ready to preach about Jesus, the Word)

Reflecting the above two souls who knew Jesus through the Alpha course, one came home for the 1st time into Skyline Physical Church and the other has gone home to the Lord. The revealed will of God is so relevant and purposeful.

In this season of waiting, Jesus stands at the door and knock,
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Rev 3:20.

Jesus lives in us and He uses people to bless people. Am I willing to be used by God to be a blessing to my neighbour or stranger or colleague or family? Am I opening my eyes to see what needs to be filled?

While I wait for the last Advent, when surely I know Jesus will come and He will make things new and perfect, my prayer is Lord, help me to fulfill the revealed will of yours all ways and always. Teach me to celebrate Christmas despite the challenges around me. Let the advent decorations and joy continue to bring hope in this nation.
